* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Maryland, including the following
county, Baltimore and Baltimore City.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many
areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 654 PM EDT, broadcast media reported several roads in
downtown Baltimore have standing water on them due to earlier
heavy rain. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
