possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Maryland, including the
following areas, in northeast Maryland, Cecil. In northern
Maryland, Northwest Harford and Southeast Harford.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Moderate to briefly heavy rain will still affect northeast
Maryland through around 8 PM before ending.
