BALTIMORE — The final day of AFRAM 50 is set to take place on Sunday at Druid Hill Park, and with it comes new attendance regulations from Mayor Brandon Scott and the Baltimore Police Department.
As the three-day festival concludes, all attendees under the age of 18 will be required to be accompanied by an adult throughout the event. This measure aims to ensure the safety of younger participants during the festivities.
AFRAM 50 will be open to the public from noon until 9 PM, featuring performances from notable artists including Chlöe Bailey, Charlie Wilson, and Dru Hill.
