BALTIMORE — A traffic accident on West Baltimore Street led to the hospitalization of 12 individuals, including an operator from the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA), on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident occurred around 1 PM when an MTA bus traveling westbound was struck by a private vehicle. Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene to assist those involved.
All 12 individuals were transported to local hospitals for treatment, with officials confirming that their injuries are not life-threatening.
Authorities are currently conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
