BALTIMORE — A large group of over 200 dirt bikers gathered in north Baltimore on Sunday evening, prompting a police response.

At approximately 7:19 PM on June 28, officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of Reisterstown Road in the Liberty Square neighborhood following reports of dangerous riding activity.

Upon arrival, police encountered the group of bikers, who began to surround the officers as they attempted to address the situation.

In light of the escalating circumstances, additional police units were called to the scene. Baltimore Police also deployed their helicopter, Foxtrot, to monitor the area from above.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident, and police confirmed that no arrests were made.

Riders found operating dirt bikes illegally may face fines of up to $1,000 or a maximum of 90 days in jail, according to Baltimore Police guidelines.
