Seven Indicted in Drug Trafficking Case Linked to Baltimore Area

The United States Department of Justice has announced the indictment of seven individuals for their alleged involvement in drug trafficking operations within the Baltimore metropolitan area.

Among those charged, six are reported to be in the country illegally, with the majority hailing from Honduras. The indicted individuals include:

  • Pablo Aberlardo Molina, 35
  • German Dario Aguilar Mencias, 20
  • Santos Ayala Serrano, 27
  • Brayan Juarez Cruz, 30
  • Benjamin Rivas Lopez, 39
  • Gerson Alex Tabora-Chinchilla, 31
  • Hamilton Estuardo Cha Pacay, 24 (from Guatemala)

The charges stem from allegations that the group conspired to distribute multiple kilograms of cocaine between March and October 2025. Additionally, three of the men—Aguilar Mencias, Cha Pacay, and Tabora-Chinchilla—face separate charges for illegal possession of firearms.

If found guilty, each of the defendants could face a minimum sentence of ten years in federal prison.
