HOWARD COUNTY, Md. — Authorities in Howard County have charged two individuals previously implicated in a series of armed robberies across Baltimore County.
Timothy Evans Jr., 28, and Diamante Gilliam, 29, are accused of targeting business owners in their homes in areas such as Ellicott City and West Friendship.
According to police, the suspects even returned to victimized individuals on more than one occasion.
The investigation commenced on June 14, when officers responded to an incident at Hip Hop Fish & Chicken on Baltimore National Pike. The victim reported that after entering his vehicle, he was confronted by two men clad in black clothing and ski masks.
During this encounter, the victim was reportedly held at gunpoint while the suspects demanded his wallet.
On the following day, another robbery was reported in Owings Mills. The victim recounted that upon arriving home from work, he was approached from behind by two unidentified individuals. When he turned around, both men brandished handguns and demanded his keys and other valuables.
Additional armed robbery incidents were recorded on June 16, 21, and 23, with police estimating the total financial loss from these crimes at approximately $16,077.
