FREDERICK COUNTY, Md. — An investigation is currently underway following the discovery of two deceased individuals in a Frederick County residence on Monday.
Deputies from the Frederick County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 6100 block of Baldridge Circle after a family member reported that both individuals were unresponsive.
The victims, a 67-year-old woman and her 34-year-old son, have not been publicly identified by law enforcement officials at this time.
Investigators have stated that the circumstances surrounding the deaths appear to be confined to the home and involve only the individuals present. There are no suspects being sought, and authorities have indicated that there is no ongoing threat to the public.
The bodies have been sent to the Maryland Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy and further examination.
